Here's what *I* think my poetry type should be:
I am, of course, none other than blank verse.
I don't know where I'm going, yes, quite right;
And when I get there (if I ever do)
I might not recognise it. So? Your point?
Why should I have a destination set?
I'm relatively happy as I am,
And wouldn't want to be forever aimed
Towards some future path or special goal.
It's not to do with laziness, as such.
It's just that one the whole I'd rather not
Be bothered - so I drift contentedly;
An underrated way of life, I find. |
What Poetry Form Are You?

Here's what my actual type was:
I'm terza rima, and I talk and smile.
Where others lock their rhymes and thoughts away
I let mine out, and chatter all the while.
I'm rarely on my own - a wasted day
Is any day that's spent without a friend,
With nothing much to do or hear or say.
I like to be with people, and depend
On company for being entertained;
Which seems a good solution, in the end. |

Not knowing you other than through the blogosphere I'm probably not the best one to judge, but I'd say from wat I do know of you that you seem a bit more like terza rima.
But what do I know?

If you say that terza rima isn't you, I'm inclined to take your word for it. It said I am a terza rima also, and I am soooo good at entertaining myself without company that I'm nearly antisocial. But it did say I might be a sonnet, and that was a little more like the "real me".
Oh wip, I think you are "terza rima"..I'am afraid to see what it says I'am.
I think you are a blank rima. You are a little of both. The blank verse comes out more in your real life personality and the terza rima comes out more in your online personality, and there are components of both in each too.

I am quite sure the first one fits you best. The second one doesn't make any sense. After all, you've told me a million times your motto is, "I hate people". LOL!
